We offer a subscription-based digital service that includes a trial period of €5.00 (five euros) valid for 3 (three) days. After the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at a rate of €15.00 (fifteen euros) per month unless canceled by the user.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor that ensures the highest level of security and confidentiality.
By subscribing to our service, the user explicitly authorizes:

IVN CONSULTING LTD does not store any credit or debit card information. All payment data is handled securely by Stripe, which may require additional authentication (e.g., 3D Secure) depending on your bank’s policies.

The subscription can be canceled at any time before the next billing cycle via:
If canceled before the trial ends, no further charges will occur.
Payments already processed are non-refundable, except in cases where service failures or errors are attributable to IVN CONSULTING LTD.

We reserve the right to modify our prices, subscription plans, or these Terms & Conditions. Users will receive at least 7 days’ prior notice via email or an announcement on our website.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” IVN CONSULTING LTD does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
All digital products offered through our service — including but not limited to custom themes, plugins, and templates — are the original work of IVN CONSULTING LTD. We retain full intellectual property rights over all products distributed via our platform.
We do not resell or redistribute third-party software under open licenses such as the GPL.
